Can I restore Peachtree version 2010 from a flash drive to 7.0 or 11.0 and then back again after changes have been made? I'm working with 2 separate PCs.

It depends on the way the software handles the file formats. Also, it's a big jump from 7.0 to 11.0 and you should expect to encounter compatibility issues, but other than that you can simply go on with the procedure. Make sure to created backups of the files that you add to the application because a different version will corrupt the files if it doesn't support it.

I don't think you can use the application in its native mode on Windows 10. Based on the information found, the 2010 version is compatible with the following versions of Windows: Windows Vista, Windows XP. As you can see, there is no Windows 10 support and the onl;y way to install and use it is through virtualization.
MyPeachTreeData website provides an extensive tutorial regarding G/L troubleshooting and how the data is handled. G/L stands for General Ledger application. When used in PeachTree, it's referred as a module to export the data. Visit the website and look through the information to find details about how to export or fill it.
